Reservations are made by car category only. We never guarantee an exact car.
Enterprise Rent A Car working days and working hours are:
Monday – Friday - 09:00 – 19:00
Saturday - 10:00 – 15:00
Sunday – Closed
The minimum vehicle rental period is 24 hours. There is no maximum limit for vehicle rental. The 24-hour Rental Day begins from the pickup time according to the voucher/reservation.
Driver\s Qualifications
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of one-year driving experience.
An additional driver may be authorized by Enterprise. An extra daily price of 4.2 USD applies, but not more than 29.4 USD for the entire rental period per each driver. However, in the case that the rented vehicle is driven by an additional driver, the Renter remains responsible for all rental related expenses. Any Renter under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot be authorized for vehicle rental. Alternatively, we may offer our chauffeur service upon availability.
Rates
All Rental Rates include taxes, vehicle maintenance for the entire rental period (excluding car wash and refueling expenses), CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TP (Theft Protection), TPL (Third Party Liability Insurance) and PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) with excess amount of 250 USD for the car group A, B, C and 330 USD for car group D, P, U, V. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Pick up and Return of the vehicle
All vehicles are provided to a customer in clean condition, with a full tank of petrol and must be returned clean and with a full tank of petrol.
Additional fee of 10 USD will apply if the returned vehicle is not clean.
If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of petrol, Renter will be charged for a refueling service of 1 USD per liter. Please note that this is not a sale of petrol.

All rentals with pick-up and drop-off at the airport must be requested in advance. Additional fee of 10.3 USD will apply to all rentals with pick up or return at non-working days/hours at the Downtown office and they shall be requested in advance.
Collection and delivery of the vehicle from/to a different location shall be requested in advance.
Additional fee of 0.5 USD per kilometer will apply for collection and delivery of the vehicle outside of of the main city.
Driver\s License
At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid national drivers license which has been held for at least 2 year.
An international Drivers Permit (IDP) is obligatory for all Renters if the National Drivers Permit of the Renter has no latin letters
An international Driving License is obligatory for all US citizens
For all other cases, International Drivers Permit is recommended but not obligatory
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
This option limits your financial liability for damage to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicle, its parts and accessories, except theft, attempted theft or vandalism, if the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
CDW Non-Waivable Excess. All rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess in amount of 250/330USD depending on the car group. This option is obligatory and cannot be rejected.
Theft Protection (TP)
This option limits your financial liability for loss or theft of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicle, its parts and accessories if the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. TP is a non-waivable excess. All rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess, in amount of 250/330 USD including taxes. This option is obligatory and cannot be rejected.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
This kind of insurance is already included in rates and covers sum of up to 10 500 USD per accident for each person in the rented Enterprise or Alamo vehicle in case of primary disability or death.
Super Cover (SC)
You may also wish to purchase an additional protection, "Super Cover", to waive your already limited liability in case of damage to the vehicle, or theft of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicle, its parts, and accessories, including those losses resulting from collision, vandalism, theft or attempted theft, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
Super Cover is not available if you are less than 23 years old.
Super Cover can only be purchased at the time of pick-up by an additional amount of 15 USD/ per day.
Super Cover does not cover broken / loss of keys, plate numbers, additional TravelCar equipment, contamination of fuel.
Driving Restrictions
Driving outside of Armenia or Georgia is allowed only upon the prior written permission by authorized TravelCar personnel only. Such permission must be stated in Rental Agreement.
Cars can be driven on the territory of Armenia. Such permission is necessary for driving to Georgia.
Extra fee applies for providing driving permission to the Republic of Georgia. Such permission can be obtained at the time of rental.
One Way Rentals
One Way rentals are allowed between Armenia and Georgia.
